The only way you truly appreciate your realtor is when the deal isn't cut and dry. Cyndi not only gave me a wide variety of options with which she used to fully understand both my taste and my desired location, but also managed the sale of my home to a buyer with a very difficult personality. The entire deal it was like pulling teeth to get any piece of information from the buyer and his realtor. He seemed overbearing and had a list of unrealistic demands. I was very anxious regarding the purchase of my new home because the buyer of my old home kept pushing to delay our closing as long as possible. Cyndi was always one step ahead of the situation and kept me well informed about what the buyer may try to do and what she felt our best plan would be to counter. By keeping me informed of any possible complications and describing how we would best combat them if they arose, Cyndi kept my stress level at the absolute minimum it could be given the circumstances. Buying and selling homes requires more than just any realtor. It requires a realtor that you know you can trust to always be on your side and give it their all to defend your interests over everything else. Working with Cyndi gave me confidence that the decisions I made were the best given the situation and her insight and consul were absolutely invaluable throughout this process.

We haven't bought a house yet, but we have been using Cyndi as our realtor for the last year or so and couldn't be more pleased. We put an offer on a GREAT home that she showed us, and through following her advice, won a bidding war without going insanely over our initial offer. Come to find out the previous owners had lots of undisclosed damages that we only found out through Cyndi's amazing expertise. She worked with us to make sure we walked away unscathed and found us some other great homes to see. We put our buying on hold momentarily due to some job changes but hope she'll be ready to show us more soon.

She was professional and very well informed. I was kept involved in all parts of the sale process. Everything that was being done was fully explained to me with reasons that left me confident that we were making a great decision. It was obvious that getting me the true value of the home was the goal, not simply to make a sale. She made a few recommendations for staging and I feel they had a positive impact on how the house was viewed! Cyndi has been showing houses now for a few months. We have been SUPER picky, and she has been so accommodating in helping us search for the perfect home, our first here in Austin. We found one, fell in love with it, but found out there were multiple offers. Cyndi helped us find an amazing lender who approved us for more than we initially thought we would be able to get, and helped us work up a winning offer. During our option period, Cyndi called her people to come check the house out. Since it was an older home, she recommended a few extra checks on things, which we knew would be worth the price, before closing. Thanks to those things Cyndi had us check, we found UNDISCLOSED foundation repairs (RED FLAG) and during the inspection, watched the newly plastered walls cracking in front of our eyes. Cyndi advised us of our options and we immediately withdrew our offer and backed out, knowing we would lose our option period money, plus several hundreds of dollars we had spend on these inspections. Turns out, we didn't lose a dime. Cyndi fought to get us back every cent we spent on that offer, because of the dishonesty of the seller and realtor of the home. Had we known the things we found out during inspection, we never would have given the home a second look. Cyndi really knows her stuff, plus she's so personable and fun. I may or may not be dragging this home buying process out a bit just so we can keep hanging out with her ;)

This has been a very stressfull home buying experience. If it were not for cyndie and her knowledge and experience i would have given up along time ago. Thank you for all of you assistance during this stressfull time.

Cyndi was a true professional in all dealings concerning the sale of our home from assistance with minor repairs on our home, a cranky cat and with dealing with buyers who could not commit to a closing date. My experience with Cyndi was a remarkable experience in the complicated world of real estate. Cyndi definitely went above and beyond all of my expectations when my fiance and I bought our second home. The home was brand new and the builder was very insistent that we didn't need a realtor. They even went so far as to offer us an incentive for not using one. I'm glad we had Cyndi's help! She set up inspections by independant third party inspectors that had no affiliation to the builder and it turned out to be a HUGE benefit. The builder's inspector insisted that the AC unit in my home was simply "noisy" but there were no problems with it. They even provided me a receipt of inspection. Cyndi insisted that something just didn't seem right. She contacted her own AC inspector and the truth was that a mechanical piece of the AC that regulates airflow was not only broken but that it had actually fallen into a vent. If the service doesn't speak for itself, the savings definitely will. She was able to negotiate the builders list price down by about 11%! That is a lot of money! We will never again listen to a builder. They have their own best interests in mind. It is ESSENTIAL that you have someone not only to protect you but also to save you as much money as possible. Realistically people only buy a few houses in their lifetime.
